All Extract Cellar products are THCA hemp, federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill (delta-9 THC ≤ 0.3% by dry weight). THCA is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid that converts to delta-9 THC under heat (decarboxylation) when smoked or vaped.

• Storage: Keep in a cool, dark, dry place to limit unintended decarboxylation.
• Interstate shipping is permitted by federal law (7 USC § 1621 §10114(b)) — states and tribes may not prohibit transport of compliant hemp through their borders.

Products are not FDA-evaluated. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order, and your sole remedy is the replacement or store credit described under Returns & Refunds. You use the products voluntarily and at your own risk and release Extract Cellar from claims arising from use or misuse — including intoxication, impairment, or a failed drug test and its consequences. Delaware law governs; disputes are resolved individually in the Delaware courts — both sides waive jury trials and class actions.

State legality — your sole responsibility, 100% your risk. Some states restrict or prohibit THCA products, including under "total THC" rules. It is entirely and solely your responsibility to know whether these products are legal where you live before ordering. By ordering, you — not Extract Cellar — assume 100% of every risk of ordering to your location: seizure, confiscation, destruction or non-delivery of the package, loss of the amount paid, and any legal consequence under your state or local law. If a shipment is seized, refused, confiscated, returned, or destroyed because of the law where you live, Extract Cellar has no liability to you and no refund, reshipment, or credit is owed. Extract Cellar operates in full compliance with federal law — every product is hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill (≤ 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight); the laws of your state, county, and city are yours to recognize and abide by. We make no representation that any product is legal in any location besides what's deliberately recognized in the Farm Bill, and may refuse or cancel any order.

Orders are payment-first: nothing ships until payment is received and confirmed. After confirmation, orders ship within 1–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail with tracking (transit typically 2–3 business days, not guaranteed). Optional paid upgrades — Skip The Wait, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air (FedEx) — are add-on services and are never covered by free shipping. Free shipping on orders of $250+; otherwise a flat $15. $150 order minimum. US only. Check your address carefully — reshipment of a package returned for a bad address you provided is at your expense. Adult signature (21+) may be required.

All sales are final. Our products are consumable hemp goods: no returns, no exchanges, no refunds on delivered products, including change of mind. If we made a mistake with your order, email orders@extractcellar.com with your order number and what happened — we will review it and decide how to make it right on a case-by-case basis. Seizures or refusals caused by your state's law are not covered (see Terms above).

We collect what an order needs: name, payment name, email, phone, shipping address, order contents and notes. It is used to process and ship orders, send order emails and (only if you opt in) the newsletter. Shared only with the services that make fulfillment work — Google (order records), shipping carriers, payment processors, and email delivery — never sold.
